A Change of Heart Ministries, Inc.

A Change of Heart Ministries (ACHM) has expanded the focus of the Ministry to include Personal Transformation and Kingdom Identity through Prophetic Ministry. The Ministry remains committed to healing the broken hearted, improving marriages, and families.

Clemmie and Pamela Scott have been in Christian Ministry for over 30 years, and are members of Victory Church North Cobb in Acworth GA. On May 1st 2021, they were ordained as Pastors by Apostle Malart A. Cunningham Sr. and his wife Elder Pamela L. Cunningham of Gift of Love International Ministries. They are currently enrolled in Christian International School of the Prophets for advance Prophetic Training.

They are inspired by a God given vision to restore people through reconciling them back to God. Persuading people to allow Christ to give them new Hearts, so that He can restore, support, and strengthen them. Declaring Him as Lord of their Hearts so that He can establish their lives on a firm foundation, that they may fulfill their destiny in the Kingdom of God.

Their personal vision is to teach others the mysteries of the Kingdom of God; To help those who are hurting become free from captivity; To build people’s faith in God through the knowledge and application of the truth in their lives; To help restore people through reconciling them back to God.

They have authored four books that provide answers as well as practical approaches to combatting the invisible dark forces that are oppressing people daily. The scripture teachings and the prayers recommended in their books have been effective in the lives of many, who feel that their breakthroughs for living a blessed life are being hindered.

A Change of Heart Ministries works in partnership with Family Foundations International (FFI) working with families to establish a culture of blessing that improves relationships. Clemmie and Pamela  are currently serving as the National Directors of the FFI International School of Ministry. They Lead a distinguished Ministry Team Group that engages in healing, deliverance, personal transformation, and the impartation of A Culture of Blessings that improves the lives of school participants. Their leadership team trains and releases future Coordinators, Facilitators, and Intercessors for the FFI organization.

Founder/CEO - Clemmie A. Scott, Jr.

Clemmie and Pam founded the non-profit organization, A Change of Heart Ministries, INC., Their organization is committed to life changing personal transformation and healing the broken hearted.

Clemmie has been in Christian Ministry for over 30 years, and is a member of Victory Church North Cobb in Acworth GA. He has served in several ministries within the church including, the Water Baptism Ministry, Small Group Coach/Leader, and Married Life Ministries.

Twenty-five years ago he lived an average life with average experiences until he had a life changing encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Spirit of the Lord brought healing to his shattered spirit and gave him a new heart which transformed his life. God has been teaching him and giving him revelations of the Kingdom of God ever since. He has a Prophetic Ministry to heal the broken hearted and a passion to see people overcome their life’s wounds by the “Blood of the Lamb and the word of their Testimony.” He is a gifted teacher with Godly Wisdom.

He lives in Roswell, GA with his wife of over 45 years, Pamela. They were blessed with three wonderful children, their oldest is with the Lord in heaven.

He is the author of three books titled, A Change of Heart: Understanding the Kingdom of God, Bedtime Prayers for Life, and Rest In The Lord. These books are tools that teach others to speak the Word of God. The call of God upon his life and the vision, is to teach the dynamics associated with the Kingdom of God.

Clemmie retired from AT&T after 40 plus years of service. His Executive leadership experience includes AT&T Network Security director, AT&T Government Solutions Business Development, Client Business Manager for the Executive Office President of United States, and the U.S. Department of Justice.

 Clemmie is a former executive of the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA) serving as President and a member of the Board of Directors and was inducted into the CFCA Hall of Fame in 2023.

He is an ordained Pastor and holds undergraduate degrees in Management and Computer Science and Applied Behavioral Science. His Graduate Degree is an MBA with emphasis in Global Technology Management.

Co-Founder- Pam Scott

Pam Co-founded the non-profit organization, A Change of Heart Ministries, INC. The organization is committed to life changing personal transformation and healing the broken hearted.

Pam and Clemmie were married in Denver Colorado 45 years ago at Jordan Chapel AME Church. They are both originally from Denver Colorado and moved to Roswell Georgia in 1986. They were blessed with three children Darnell James Gibson, Miguel Christopher Scott and Michelle Christine Scott.

Pam has served with her husband in Christian Ministry for over 30 years, and is a member of Victory Church North Cobb in Acworth GA. They have served in several ministries within the church including, Small Group Coach/Leader, and Married Life Ministries.

She is a graduate of the Family Foundations International School of Ministry class of 2016 and has a certificate from Family Christian Church School of Prophets

Pam is an ordained Pastor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from American Intercontinental University –Bachelor of Information Technology. She is the author of a Children’s book titled “Radar and Rabbit on Noah’s Ark” 

Pamela retired from AT&T after 36 years of service. Her leadership experiences include Mainframe operations and batch scheduling and processing, Senior Specialist – IT Service Management and Shift Lead for Mission Critical outages. She oversaw End to End restoration of Network outages impacting Mission Critical applications, Non-Mission Critical applications and server outages.

Member - Cheryl Keith

Cheryl served 26 years in the United States Navy and retired honorably in 2006 as a Supply Corps, Aviation Logistics Lieutenant Commander. Upon retirement, Cheryl was recruited by AAR Corporation as the Supply Chain Logistics Program Manager in support of the Lockheed Martin/Sikorsky H-60 helicopter joint venture. After 3 years as the Program Manager, Cheryl was promoted to Director, Business Development. Her primary duties as Director, Business Development was to prepare subcontract business plans and policies for aircraft original equipment manufacturers such as Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, GE Aircraft Engines, BAE Systems, Raytheon, and Hamilton Sundstrand to name a few. In 2011, she resigned her position with AAR to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Theology.

Cheryl married Gordon Keith in July 2000 and they reside in Snellville, GA. They are members of Victory World Church in Norcross and they both commit their time to service as leaders on several voluntary teams.

Member - Dr. Dawn Marie Kier

Dr. Dawn Marie Kier, affectionately known as the “heart doctor,” is the founder of New Dawn Consulting. Her personal mission is to develop leaders in love. Inside and outside of business, she relentlessly pursues the identification and removal of root problems that keep leaders, teams, and organizations from achieving desired outcomes. Dr. Dawn brings and innate sense of wisdom and insight to each interaction. She focuses on how individuals teams, and organizations think (Head Work) and how the feel (Heart Work) so they can show up more authentically and do the Hard Work of the day to day.

Among her many roles, Dr. Dawn is a best-selling author, Executive Coach, and licensed minister. She currently serves at Victory Church as a Small Group Coach, Care Minister, Prayer Team Captain, and a member of the Prayer and Care team.

Outside of work, Dr. Dawn is a native-born Californian, holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, and is the mother of two children. When she’s not working, she can be caught on the phone or honing her skills as a ‘wanna be’ salsa dancer.

Member - Kimberly Dawn Speaks

Her professional mission:

15 years with Doosan Industrial Vehicle leading multiple teams and initiatives. Currently as Manager of Purchasing she leads a team of dedicated individuals whose primary focus is customer satisfaction and operational excellence utilizing SAP to shorten critical lead times and reduce inventory. Kimberly serves as a thought leader for various projects and corporate strategic activities including event planning and execution, dealer engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Her personal mission:

Kimberly is a pastor’s daughter who grew up in church however; without a personal relationship with God. She knew of Him only through the eyes of her parents. Later in life Kimberly started to search for a personal relationship with God the Father, but constantly found herself running into hindering blocks. She started studying the bible and continuously seeking God, and Jesus Christ met her right where she was, and He begin to tear down every stronghold that had its grip on her. Today Kimberly is known for describing her life as an onion because God continues to peel layers off as she pursues to know Him more intimately. It is Kimberly’s life mission to share the heart of the Father in order to help people develop an intimate relationship with God the Father. She is passionate to see the broken-hearted mended, and the captives set free. By identifying and removing the root causes that keep people from living a life of freedom and having an intimate personal relationship with their Heavenly Father.

Matthew 7:7-8 has become her foundation scripture for trusting in the Lord for all things.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Member - Travis Gaffney

Travis Gaffney is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 29 years of experience. He holds a BA and an MBA in Accounting/Finance. A disabled U.S. Navy veteran, Travis has been married to his wife, Felisha, who is also a U.S. Navy veteran, for 28 years.

Since 2001, Travis and Felisha have owned and operated a successful Accounting, Tax Preparation, and Business Consulting firm, specializing in assisting small to medium-sized businesses. Their expertise includes accounting and tax consulting, business formation, strategic planning, and ongoing support for entrepreneurs navigating the complexities of business ownership.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Travis has been actively involved in marriage ministry alongside his wife for over seven years. They are the founders of This House Ministries and co-authors of This House: God's Blueprint for Marriage, a book and curriculum designed to strengthen marriages through biblical principles. Their work is dedicated to equipping couples with the tools to build lasting, faith-based relationships.

Member - Felisha Gaffney

Felisha Gaffney has been happily married to her wonderful husband, Travis Gaffney, since 1997. They are both proud Navy veterans, and their journey through military service, marriage, and faith has fueled her with the passion to help others.

She has also served in marriage ministry alongside her husband for seven plus years, working to equip couples with the Biblical foundation to build strong marriages and relationships.

Her service to others, education, and experience has allowed her to pursue her mission to empower others by teaching them practical tools to apply wisdom and God centered solutions to the challenges they face.

Felisha and Travis are founders of This House Ministries. They are authors of the book and companion Marriage Course titled This House: God’s Blueprint for Marriage.

Felisha holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Management. Her graduate degree is an MBA in Human Resource Management.

She is a member of the Board of Directors for A Change of Heart Ministries, Inc.

Member - Albert Byas

Albert is a practicing veterinarian with 27 years of experience working with small and exotic animals. While practicing in Florida he also earned a doctoral degree in ministry. He’s been involved in some aspect of prophetic and outreach ministry since the mid-80s. He enjoys helping individuals reach their full potential no matter the obstacles they may have encountered in their life.

Member - Linda Hinton

Linda is employed at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta for the past 15 years and currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager.   She manages a team responsible for testing new applications and changes to existing applications used throughout the Bank. She serves with excellence and encourages her team to do the same. 

Linda is a member of Victory World Church in Norcross, Georgia where she has served in various capacities for the past 20 years.  She served ten years as Ministry Director of Ancient Paths, which is a ministry focused on helping others overcome hurts and wounds of the past in order to establish a pathway for creating a culture of blessing. She also serves in the Small Groups, Trauma Care Ministry, Altar Ministry and Prayer & Care Ministry for new members. She is currently working on certification to become a Mental Health Coach.

Her desire is to help women embrace their amazing value, love their unique beauty, and fulfill their God-given destiny so that they will flourish as leading ladies in the Kingdom of God.
